Job Description:
1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:
- Service Partner will handle all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners, required languages are Hindi and English
- All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Eligibility & Criteria:
1. Good communication in English
2. Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
3. Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months of post-training documented experience in any customer service Any Experience.
4. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
5. Six days working/ rotational off
6. Immediate joining
7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post-training.
8. Candidates must have their own device Laptop/ PC with Windows 10 Pro & Wi-Fi.
