Educational Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. 


Skills Required:

Knowledge of social sector development programs and government development policies. Knowledge of Rural & Urban Development Institutions, Gram Panchayats.

Documentation, deck preparation, report, CSR field stories skills. Must have computer working knowledge of MS Office and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities: 

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Conducting the Social Studies- Community Need Assessment & Community Satisfaction need.


2. Conducting the Community Meetings & Meetings with key Stakeholders - Mapping & understanding the Stakeholder Issues/ Challenges and Community Needs.


3. Identifying and Selecting NGOs for the Execution of Programs.


4. Developing and Finalizing the Scope, Frameworks, Objectives, Methodologies, Activities, targets, and Key Program Indicators for the Programs.


5. Execute the Agreement/ Grant In aid Agreement with Partner NGOs.


6. Defining the CSR Programs/ Interventions and Stakeholder Engagement Plan for Location.


7. Monthly Review meetings with Partners NGOs & TPCDT associates.


8. Monthly MIS Reports.


9. Preparation of CSR Highlights / Stories for Internal CSR Communication Platforms.


10. Organize the Volunteering Events for Employees & Family Members.


11. Meeting & Coordination with Govt. line departments and Financial institutions to execute CSR plans.


Selection Process:

  • Online Written Test 
  • Psychometric Test & Asynchronous Video Interview 
  • Personal Interview


Shortlisting Criteria:

  • 60% above throughout SSC, HSC, Graduation, and PGP/MBA (if applicable) 
  • The applicant must not have any active backlogs (uncleared exams)
  • The applicant should have completed all academic courses (Under Graduation within the stipulated tenure of course (e.g.: B.A./ B.Com./ B.Sc. in 3 years)
  • Candidate should be willing to travel and be posted anywhere in India at an office, plant, project site location, etc.
