Job Role: Competitive Intelligence Analyst
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/MBA

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute the win/loss program by requesting scoring information, reviewing materials received, conducting interviews and surveys, and analyzing CRM data for inclusion in the competitive intelligence databases.
- Assist in building datasets from qualitative and quantitative sources, in order to transform information into actionable intelligence.
- Source, monitor, and curate information about competitors, customers, and markets to stay on top of industry news, trends, as well as competitor pricing, products and strategies.
- Own the competitive intelligence internal site and ensure that all information is relevant, updated and accurate.
- Analyze structured and semi-structured data sets from a variety of sources.
Skills Required:
- Logical and critical thinker; able to identify and apply relevant qualitative and quantitative data.
- Good experience in primary/syndicated research, data analytics, modeling and reporting.
- Good analytical capabilities & skills.
- STRONG attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Conceptual knowledge of highly technical products.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into relevant, understandable and actionable insights for different stakeholders.
- Good organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time, and without compromise to quality of work product.
- Up to 20% travel. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
