Job Role: Operations Analyst

Educational Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- US Provider Licensure and Continuing Medical Education Research
• Interpret and evaluate relevant information.
• Complete provider credential, licensure, or payor enrollment applications.
• Validate and authenticate updated credentialing and licensing information.
• Interact with providers and clients via email.
• Assist with monitoring and new client implementation projects.
• Summarize research findings and draft guideline documents.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English
• Capable of conducting large research volumes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
About the role:
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
